Belgian New Year's at Pint Defiance 3 PM

We have devised a way to ring in the new year twice in one day!! The trick is that 3PM our time is also midnight in Belgium. Step into the future with us as we host an afternoon New Year’s toast Belgian style! We will be pouring a stellar Belgocentric draft list featuring 2016 Rodenbach Alexander, Cantillon Classic Gueze, and Gulden Draak Apple Brandy Barrel-Aged Quad. Join us at 3PM this New Year’s Eve in your most sparkle-tastic holiday party attire as we usher in 2018. Then grab some beer to go and head out with plenty of time to make it to your next New Year’s party!

The Brewery was started in 2012 in a former transmission shop and in the years to follow has crafted some of the west coast’s most respected beers. Come sample some of their latest creations with us including Hazy Sky IPA, Bourbon Barrel Aged Tough Love Imperial Stout, & more.

Join us December 5th for a very special beer release!

Founders Brewing Co. has selected Pint Defiance as the official South Sound launch site for one of its most anticipated and highly regarded beers, Canadian Breakfast Stout! 

Canadian Breakfast Stout, Better known as CBS—is an imperial stout that is brewed with chocolate and a blend of coffees before being aged for over a year in spent bourbon barrels that were most recently aging maple syrup. This beer has only been released 2 times in Founders 20 year history! (Only once ever before in bottles in 2011.)

The Black Friday tradition continues at Pint Defiance. Join us again this year the day after Thanksgiving, 11/24, for our annual Food Drive/ Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout release!

Starting at 10 AM we will be releasing bottles of classic BCBS, Coffee BCBS, BCBS Barleywine, & BCBS Northwoods (Blueberry-Almond!!) First Come. Limits will apply. 

This year we are partnering with Nourish Pierce County to collect food for Pierce County Families in need. Please bring non-perishable food items to Pint Defiance on Black Friday.
