BCP Beer Release featuring Breakside Brewing 3/2/18 5 PM

Pint defiance is proud to belong to the Bottle Shop Collaboration Project. We are a collection of 11 Washington State Bottleshops that have banded together to collaborate with breweries to craft unique and delicious beers. 

Our latest release is "In the City of Flowers" by Breakside Brewery. We’ll have it on tap and in bottles to go!

The City of Flowers is blended from seven different casks, most brewed in summer, 2016. The Pinot Noir casks came from two Oregon wineries. The sour ale, infused with whole jasmine, chamomile flowers and peaches, delivers medium-high carbonation. The result is the Walt Whitman of beers-earthy, complex, celebratory, a layered experience on the palate, suitable for stimulating conversation or brooding contemplation.
