Brewer's Night with Schilling & Co. Cidery, Wed. Sept 10th, 5p to 7p

In celebration of Washington Cider Week, we are hosting an evening with Seattle’s very own Schilling & Co. Cidery. Founded with the vision to restore hard cider to its rightful place in American homes as it stood before Prohibition, Schilling wants to bring great, craft cider to the people by leveraging local ingredients and innovative techniques.

Wednesday, Sept. 10th, from 5pm to 7pm, the cidery team will be in house to talk craft, clink pints, and help raffle off some cool schwag. But since the focus of Washington Cider Week is the cider itself, we have some rare and awesome draft releases in store: Schilling Blueberry Pear, White Plum Rosemary cider with plums from Barry and Renee's own tree, and we’ll be breaking out our new randall to infuse Schilling Dry Cider with cucumber, lemongrass, and lime zest!
