Pint Defiance Beer & Cheese Pairing 8/13, 5-7 PM

Join us Tuesday 8/13 from 5-7 PM at Pint Defiance for a flight of beer and cheese! Local Cheesemonger Erica Baird, Cicerone Matt McLaren of Orcas Distributing LTD., and BJCP Certified Katie Johnson of Kulshan Brewing Company will guide us through some carefully selected beer and cheese pairings that will alternately excite, challenge, and sate your various appetites. This is an event geared towards beer newcomers and beer nerds alike so there will be something for everyone as these two culinary staples are presented together in new and unique ways!
