Perennial Artisan Ales Night 3/26 5-7pm
Come on down to Pint Defiance and meet Emily & Ben, a couple of the fine folks from Perennial Artisan Ales as we enjoy a few of their amazing draft offerings!! We'll be pouring:
2018 Abraxas - An Imperial Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks.
Funky Wit Melon - A traditional Belgian-style Witbier, inoculated with a house blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus, then aged in foeders and wine barrels with charentais melons.
Objectively Opaque IPA - A hazy IPA dry-hopped with a lavish amount of uber-fresh Amarillo, Idaho-7, and Eukanot Cryo.
