Mother Earth Vintage Barrel-Aged Flight Night, 3/11 from 5-7 PM

On Wednesday, 3/11 from 5-7 PM, Sam from Mother Earth Brewing Company will be at Pint Defiance to share some barrel-aged form the Mother Earth Cellars. We'll be serving flights of four different vintage barrel-aged imperial stouts from Mother Earth's Four Seasons line and there will be bottles of each stout available to take home!
 
On top of that, we're also debuting Mother Earth's latest IPA, Mystic Alchemy on draft and in cans!
 
The flight will consist of:
 
- 2017 Four Seasons Autumn Barrel-Aged Peanut Butter Imperial Stout
- 2018 Four Seasons Summer Barrel-Aged Raspberry

If you don't know...now you know. Sig Brewing is new to Tacoma, but the people behind the beer are well known to Grit City craft beer enthusiasts. You may have tried their delicious So Just Let Me Introduce Myself IPA when Pint Defiance was the first to tap a Sig Brewing Keg a couple of weeks ago. Then again, you might've missed it because it was gone in a day. Here's your second chance!

Join us Wednesday, 3/4, at Pint Defiance as we welcome the Reuben’s Brews team to celebrate the launch of Mind the Gap! their new year-round IPA. Mind the Gap! is a bright and crisp India Pale Ale brewed for PNW adventures. Highly drinkable, with big grapefruit and citrus hop flavors and a refreshing finish.

Allegory Brewing Night at Pint Defiance, 2/20 5-7 PM

Allegory Brewing out of McMinnville, OR have been making craft beers on a 7 barrel system since 2017. Not just making craft beers - making great craft beers - and making a big name for themselves in the process. And now, for the first time, Allegory is canning beer and on top of that, they're bringing it to Washington. Naturally, we invited Allegory Founder David Sanguinetti to debut their amazing beers at Pint Defiance and we are thrilled that he accepted!

On Thursday, 2/20, from 5-7 PM, we'll be hosting David and several of his exceptional Allegory brews in cans and on draft.

Come by Pint Defiance all day on Valentine's Day and enjoy our very special "Cupid's Cuvee" in a beer and chocolate pairing that is sure to make your Valentine's Day feel a tiny bit special.
 
We'll be serving up a very special blend of Pastry Stout from pFriem Family Brewers and Heart Strings (a raspberry, strawberry, and red currant sour ale) by Urban Family Brewing Company! And to make the experience even more romantical, we will serve this Cupid's Cuvee alongside an appropriately decadent dark chocolate raspberry truffle from Dilettante Chocolates of Seattle.
