Spring Beer Float Social w/ Ice Cream Social, Sat. Apr. 18th, 3p-6p

on Thu, 04/09/2015 - 19:24

Flowers are blooming, the sun is shining (slightly more often), and Spring has officially arrived. And with this dramatic surge in temperatures (by a few degrees) we at Pint Defiance wanted to provide a cool respite from the temporary trend of mild warmth.

But really we just want more ice cream. We are bringing back one of our most popular events, the Beer Float Social. With the help of our friends at Ice Cream Social, you can experience the goosebump-inducing combination of delicious craft beer poured over creamy artisinal ice cream.

April 18th, from 3pm to 6pm, we’ll be tapping up

Back-to-Back Brewers' Nights with Alpine Beer and Lagunitas, April 7 & 8, 5-7p

on Thu, 03/19/2015 - 23:33

We’ve got a full calendar of events this April, starting with a heavy hitter. Once only known to the hardcore hop heads, San Diego’s Alpine Beer Company have built a reputation of building some of the most sought-after IPAs on the West Coast. Infamous names such as “Nelson” and “Pure Hoppiness” passed from the lips of seasoned beer travelers and soon Alpine’s name became synonymous with world-class beer. And thanks to a partnership with Green Flash, these brews are available in Washington State for the first time. Join us, April 7th (National Beer Day!) from 5 to 7p, as we welcome the

Brewer's Night with Ninkasi, Wed. March 25th, 5p-7p

on Thu, 03/19/2015 - 07:45

In Pint Defiance’s history of Brewer’s Nights, there have been quite a few standouts. There was that one where we had a line out the door at start time, or that one where we broke the randall, we’ve had a history of kegs emptied in record time, and tons of great prizes given away. But few events have been lodged in recent memory as firmly as the last Ninkasi Night.

Brewer’s Night with No. 6 Cider, Wed. March 11th, 5p to 7p

on Thu, 03/05/2015 - 01:08

Hidden in the edges of the bustling neighborhood of Queen Anne, Seattle , No. 6 Cider Company has come on to the Washington cider scene with a strong vision and focus. Named after the hand-dug railway tunnel that led to the expansion into the Pacific Northwest, No. 6 is forged in the same ideals. The cidery is built right next to the railway and their unique, hand-crafted ciders are a tribute to the people that built it.

Join us Wednesday, March 11th, from 5pm to 7pm as we host a night celebrating this new Washington Cidery. The No.

Brewer’s Night with Loowit Brewing, Wed. Feb. 25th, 5p-7p

on Thu, 02/19/2015 - 01:46

Somewhere between the beer metropolises of Portland, OR and the South Puget Sound corridor of Washington lies a quiet little hamlet with a growing craft beer culture: Vancouver, WA. Overshadowed by its beer brewing bretheren to the north and south, the city has been churning out great brew at a breakneck pace. Established in 2012 by Vancouver residents Devon Bray and Thomas Poffenroth, Loowit Brewing Company specializes in brewing approachable, well-balanced ales, thoughtfully developed with their own unique Pacific Northwest flair that showcases our individual tastes.
