Craft beer lovers who reside in the Evergreen State are very familiar with the piney and woody characteristics of our favorite IPAs. And with their latest winter seasonal release, Fort George Brewing has found a new way to emphasize those aroma and flavors. Born out of Sales Manager, Tim Ensign’s tree farm, Magnanimous IPA is brewed with freshly harvested Grand Fir tips. “This beer has a solid backbone,” says Tim, “coming in at 7% ABV.
